Accountability
Critical Inquiry

In my work as a DEIJ practitioner, I help school communities build accountability systems that lead to equitable and justice school environments. As a DEIJ leader, I conduct progress monitoring reports that give both internal and external community updates related to issues of equity within and outside of our organization. Such reports will be aligned to organization's long-term DEIJ strategic plan.

This work involves creating systems of support that not only monitor DEIJ progress but also encourage organizations to take a stance of critical inquiry. Please find a few artifacts below which demonstrates my work in this area.
